| County Mike |  | Judo class moved to Mon/WedJudo class will now be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm. Al Buck, a 3rd degree Judo black belt, will be teaching the classes. | ||

Effective immediately MMA classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 11:30am. Jiu Jitsu classes are held Monday through Thursday at 6:30pm. All Evo students will need to join the Shark Tank to continue training. | ||

I joined a Boxing club up here to work on my hands and Bob and I found a MMA place its called annarinos. The teacher their is name Matt Evans. This is their website if you would like to check them out and see if you guys can find some fights up here if you like. (www.annarino.com) On the website its says jiu-jitsu tuesday and thursday but it's really MMA. Iam coming back to N.J. for Thanksgiving so mybe I can come by and see whats up with you guys. | ||
